Join Dante for an All Levels Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Flow on select Market Days from 11:00 - 12:00. Participants should bring their own yoga mat, a towel and water.

Dante Threats is a yoga teacher, health coach, and wellness professional with over 10 years of personal yoga practice and 5 years of teaching experience in both the United States and Saudi Arabia. He holds certifications in Yoga Teacher Training, Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching, and Ayurveda, and is currently pursuing his ACE Certified Personal Trainer credential. Dante's teaching emphasizes strength, mobility, breath awareness, and practical movement for everyday life. Through his developing wellness platform, TriAxis Wellness, he aims to help people build strength, control, and balance through movement, mindful living, and community connection.
Experiences at the Market
Move, Connect and Try New Things
Forward Outdoor presents 30 minute on the water experiences by the boat launch. You’ll be going out and back with the option of paddleboards, single or tandem kayaks 9am-2pm (if guests would like to go for an extended period of time they are welcome to go up to an hour).
$10 / single kayak (seats 1 person) for a 30-minute session
$15 / tandem kayak (seats 2 people) or paddleboard for a 30-minute session
TAI CHI
Join BE Martial Arts for a relaxing 1-hour Tai Chi experience in Village Park for $10. This gentle class is designed for all experience levels and focuses on slow, mindful movement, balance, breathing, and relaxation. 🌿🧘♀️ Tai Chi is a great way to reduce stress, improve flexibility, build balance, and reconnect with your body in a calm outdoor setting. No experience is needed — just wear comfortable clothes and enjoy moving at your own pace.

Storytime at the Market

Every Market day in June, July, and August
10:30 to 11 am
Storytimes include stories, finger plays, and songs. A responsible adult should be present. No registration required. Bringing your own blankets or chairs is encouraged.
If inclement weather is predicted, Storytime will be moved to the Tolzman Community Room at Weyenberg Library.
