Thiensville Farmers Market 2026 Seasonal Vendor Application

This is the form for new full-season vendors only. If you are a past seasonal vendor, please contact director@downtownthiensville.com for the correct application. If you’re applying as a weekly vendor, please use the Flex Vendor Application.
DATES AND TIMES
Tuesdays, June 16 – October 13, 2026
Market hours: 9 am – 2 pm
Set-up time: 7 am - 8:30 am
LOCATION
Thiensville Village Park
FEES
• $10 non-refundable application fee
• $250 for the season (10' x 25' approximate area)
• Two spaces: $475 for the season
• Three spaces: $675 for the season
• Electricity: $25 extra for the season
All fees must be paid in advance—no space is considered confirmed until payment is made in full and all paperwork has been submitted. No payments will be accepted at the market.
SETUP
• You must be set up in your spot no later than 8:30am.
• Vehicles are not allowed in the park market area after 8:30am. If you arrive after that, you must park your car in a parking space and carry your items in.
• After 8:30am, your spot is subject to be given away.
• Unless previously agreed on a per market basis, no vendor is allowed to leave prior to the market closing at 2 PM. Even if you sell out, you are required to stay until the end. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in termination of your spot for the remainder of the season and forfeiture of your fee.
• Nothing is to be discarded in the octagon sink. You must take away all your refuse.
TO BE CONSIDERED AS A FARMERS MARKET VENDOR:
1. Click the “Add to Cart” button below.
2. Complete the Vendor Application pop-up form and click the “Add to Cart” button at the bottom of the form.
3. Click the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right of your phone/computer screen.
4. Click “Check Out” and complete the steps to pay the $20 application fee and submit your application.
Only vendors who pay the application fee and complete the check-out process will be considered.
