


Food and Beverage Vendor Application 2025
Would you like to vend at a Thiensville event in 2025? We are currently accepting applications for the following events:
• Eats & Beats - Thursdays, May 22, June 19, July 17, August 21, September 11, 5-9 pm - Thiensville Village Park
• KidsFest - Saturday, July 26, noon-5 pm - Thiensville Village Park
• Nightmare on Elm Street - Thursday, October 30, 4-7 pm - Thiensville Village Park
• Thiensville Blues Fest - Friday, September 12, 5-10 pm, and Saturday, September 13, 5-10 pm
Fees for Eats & Beats, KidsFest, and Nightmare on Elm Street:
• $20 non-refundable application fee (one $20 fee covers any/all of the events listed above)
• $175 fee per event if accepted to vend
• Power fees are $50 per outlet if needed
Fees for Thiensville Blues Fest:
If accepted, vendor fees are 15% of gross sales of food and beverages, paid by 11 pm on the final day of each event. A nonrefundable minimum fee of $175 is required upon acceptance and will be applied toward your balance during the event.
To be considered as a vendor at Thiensville events:
1. Click the “Add to Cart” button below.
2. Complete the Vendor Application pop-up form and click the “Add to Cart” button at the bottom of the form.
3. Click the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right of your phone/computer screen.
4. Click “Check Out” and complete the steps to pay the $20 application fee and submit your application.
Only vendors who pay the application fee and complete the check-out process will be considered.
